At Snyders, the pharmacy is the focus of the business, "not next to the produce department or the tire section." The pharmacy department and our pharmacy patients are our main focus, and account for the majority of our sales.

Technology
Snyders utilizes state-of-the-art technology throughout the pharmacy department. Each pharmacy utilizes an automatic inventory replenishment system, interactive voice response system, and automatic dispensing (where appropriate). Snyders has installed Script Pro 2000 Robotic dispensing systems in its highest volume pharmacies. These advancements in technology help to reduce the risk of errors, but more importantly they free up the pharmacists in order for them to spend more time focusing on patient care and counseling.

Community Relations
Our pharmacists are committed to helping patients learn more about their health so that they may lead happier, healthy lives. This is why we offer community seminars where our staff presents informative talks on different disease states and disease state management. These seminars give our patients the information they need to make informed decisions concerning their health care, as well as giving them an opportunity to ask questions and possibly meet other people dealing with the same issues. These seminars also give our pharmacists the opportunity to get to know their patients better while counseling them one on one. We feel this program is a great service not only for our patients, but for our pharmacists as well.
